Paul and Rachel Desbois have been practicing Yoga for many years and offer private one-on-one tuition.

"Our intention is to ensure that all students, whatever their level of experience or ability will feel enabled and included.  Through clear verbal instruction, demonstration and adjustment, we wish to assist students in their personal journey with Yoga. We know that with regular practice Yoga generates increased self-confidence and helps break through individual physical and mental limitations.  It is our aim that at the end our class students feel that they have been physically challenged and yet recharged, feeling mentally and emotionally nurtured."  (Paul and Rachel)
